• Profile name: a name or nickname that you choose to use within the app. You do not need to use your real name.
• Profile picture: if you choose to add one, it is used as your profile picture within the app.
• Game information and statistics: information generated through your use of the app, such as your ELO rating, win percentage, achievements, and other game-related statistics.
• Basic account information: such as your account creation date.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate and provide TichuStats, including to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Authenticate and secure your account.
• Display your chosen profile name and profile picture within the app.
• Provide the game's features and functionality.
• Calculate and display game ratings, statistics, and achievements.
• Maintain and improve the app.
• Communicate with you regarding your account when necessary.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information Visible to Other Users

Your chosen profile name, profile picture, game rating, statistics, achievements, and other game-related information may be visible to other users as part of the normal functionality of the app.

Your email address is not publicly displayed to other users unless explicitly required and stated by a feature of the app.

4. How Your Information Is Stored

Your account information is stored on a server operated and maintained by us.

Our server infrastructure uses Cloudflare to provide services such as domain management, network connectivity, and security.

Cloudflare may process technical information associated with requests to our service as necessary to provide its infrastructure and security services.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may use service providers, such as Cloudflare, to provide infrastructure, networking, security, and other technical services necessary to operate TichuStats.

We retain your account information while your account is active or for as long as necessary to provide TichuStats.

When you delete your account, the information associated with your account is deleted, including your email address, profile name, profile picture, and game-related statistics.

We do not intentionally retain your account data after account deletion, except where retention is required by law or where temporary copies may remain in technical backups for a limited period.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account using the "Delete Account" button in the Profile tab.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we store from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

TichuStats does not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
